our experienced consultant will come to your home or site and will work with you to customize and design your window openings to meet your requirements – our consultant will provide you with a personalized easy to read quotation. Alternatively, feel free to bring in either your dimensions or plans to our showroom. We will guide you through our extensive range of fabrics while you relax over a cappuccino or mocha. A full design service is available.

How to Order

When you are ready to place your order simply contact us. Once you sign your quotation as your "Acceptance of Quotation" you will be required to pay 50% deposit of the total order (including GST). Work will begin and we will send you a letter of receipt of your order and deposit.

Check Measurement

You will be contacted by one of our staff to arrange a suitable time for a skilled installation consultant to perform a final check measurement. This is to ensure complete customer satisfaction with their blinds awnings or shutters. Installation & Final Payment You will be contacted by one of our consultants to arrange a suitable time for final installation of your order. You will be issued with an invoice and required to pay the final payment (including GST) at time of installation. Installations are skillfully completed by our professionally qualified craftsmen. We accept Visa, Master Card, Bankcard, Money Orders and Cheque.

Care & Maintenance

Dust should be removed with a soft vacuum cleaner accessory brush, with the blades/slats/louvers tilted for easiest access. Wiping with woven cloths should be avoided. After dusting, use a light moistened chamois type cloth. Be sure to remove all excess moisture. Do not use any household cleaning compounds or sprays as many of these products contain strong chemicals which can be corrosive to paint and lacquer finishes, or simply call Quality Blinds. 13 000 BLIND (25463).
